Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days of your purchase, any sealed, unopened products you have purchased may be returned to us for a full refund, exchange, or credit less any shipping costs. Simply ship it back to us with a note indicating how you would like us to handle the return (store credit or refund to your credit card). No return authorization number is necessary & return shipping is at the customer expense. Note: A USED SoClean 2 unit still within the 30 day trial period may be returned. Please fill out the Product Return Form and send along with your SoClean to the address on that document.
